Context

Avaamo is an enterprise conversational AI platform serving complex buying committees across healthcare, financial services, and global enterprise markets. I led marketing as Head of Marketing; the company was later acquired by Mahindra Partners.

Business Challenge

The product's NLP and AI capabilities were genuinely differentiated but incomprehensible to the non-technical stakeholders who controlled budgets — technical depth was drowning out business value.

What I Owned

Enterprise marketing strategy and global GTM programs — vertical messaging, ABM, lifecycle, customer proof, PR, analyst relations, and the sales programs that carried those narratives into deals.

What I Built

An outcome-focused messaging system that translated conversational AI, healthcare integrations (including Epic), and enterprise workflows into business narratives; global ABM and lifecycle campaigns; customer-proof storytelling; and analyst-relations programs that made complex AI use cases legible to buying committees.

Proof

Healthcare GTM programs aligned to Epic integrations with UCSF, UC Health, and Sutter Health; acquisition by Mahindra Partners followed this growth period.
